The principals and education consultants at SPS have experience working with a wide range of districts and schools as measured by student population, socio-economic and ethnic/racial diversity, and financial complexity, having worked with school district budgets that reach $1.5 billion. Individual intervention projects undertaken by SPS have ranged from under $1 million to $5 million.

In order to address specific needs of individual clients, SPS selects and trains education consultants, regional center consultants, and district and school personnel to undertake performance improvement projects.

SPS strives to maintain a close alignment with clients, including local superintendents, principals, teachers, university professors and administrators, chief state school officers, and even a Minister of Education to ensure full and appropriate adherence to local practices and a tailoring of intervention projects to meet specific concerns. As needed, SPS will recruit and include local professionals on its project teams.

School Performance Solutions (SPS) has capacity to address and undertake many different project types.

(1) [Large Scale Projects:] SPS personnel have designed and implemented whole school system reform and school district reorganizations. These have been accomplished for districts and systems with several hundred students up to several million.

(2) SPS personnel have coordinated up to a dozen projects simultaneously, for several school districts, in multiple states, involving the re-design of entire systems, i.e., curriculum development, teacher training, and staff and student performance improvement.

(3) SPS personnel have developed, designed, and delivered teacher and administrator certification courses; and provided training for newly appointed leaders and for teacher and administrator performance improvement projects.

(4) SPS principals and consultants have consulted widely in North America and in the mid-and far-east. They have a broad range of language skills, including English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Polish, Japanese, and others.

SPS pays attention to formation of professional project teams that best match experience and skills appropriate and applicable to a particular client’s project.
